I have done a fair amount of PJ travel due to my work. I must say that the experience is everything but consistent. There are so many configurations out there, and getting a configuration that matches the comfort of F travelling (in general, not just BA) is extremely expensive and normally corporations use jets that are built for work - not for luxury. On most occasions I would even prefer CW. However there is one thing that you cannot get on the BA F equipped airframes - and that is the actual flight experience - especially on beasts such as the Falcon 7x, or even on Citation II - that gives you a feeling of a flying sports car.
Then again there are PJ configurations built for luxury - and that's a whole different story.
