Frontier Credit Card Issues (?)

I checked their website prior to leaving home. I knew I would get hit up at Denver layover (Madison to Vegas), as you have to pass by their booth on the way to the ladies room. Online they offered 25,000 miles for sign-up, $59 annual fee (up to 10,000 miles for bal trsf) for a total potential of 35,000 miles. Header on the page reads 35,000 miles.

I decided to just apply at the airport as I knew they would hit me up anyway. When she first began taking my app she started with the 5000 mile no annual fee card. I told her no, I wanted the one with miles. So she offered me the $59 annual fee & 25,000 miles (spend $500 1st 90 days). I believe she started to mention the bal transfers but I told her I didn't care about that. She even closed with 'now you will have enough for a free flight'.

Card arrived with no problem & I called in last week to activate the card. The girl (I am 99% sure I was speaking to a foreign country) indicated she would activate my card with a $59 annual fee. Then before we are done she reminds me I will get 15,000 bonus miles if I spend $500 in the first 90 days. I said no it is 25,000. She said no I signed up for the 15,000 miles & if I wanted 25,000 I would have to have the $59 annual fee card. I said that is what I have. She said oh yeah but you only get 15,000 miles on mine. I directed her to the website page & she said oh yes, but you only get 15,000 & the extra 10,000 is for balance transfers. I told her to read the full page again as it says up to 35,000 total (25,000 + 10,000). She could not comprehend what I was saying. I finally asked to speak to an American representative. He had no access to the website offer (same as what I was offered at airport) & insisted I was only getting 15,000 miles. But he did open a case to have it investigated. I was supposed to call back after a week to check on the status of the case.

I called back today & I swear I had the same initial customer service rep. I asked to have her check on the status of my case & provided my number. She just goes on & on about how I will get 15,000 miles on my card after spending $500. I explained that is what I was questioning & wanted to know the status of the case. After more run arounds she finally indicated the case hadn't even been updated yet. (I'm asking for an American rep immediately next time).

The BEST part of this? Two days after I opened the case, my e-mail 'welcome' comes from Barclays Bank/Frontier thanking me for signing up and reminding me that I will receive 25,000 FF miles if I spend $500 on the card in the first 90 days (as well as the bal trsf offer of course).

So after all the run arounds & all my rambling, has anyone experience this problem with their Frontier Card? I was trying to be proactive by questioning the wrong information I was given before I get to the point where it is already credited to my account. However, I am a bit concerned & am not sure where to head to or who to contact if the miles do come through at 15,000 vs. 25,000. (YES I REALLY WANT THAT FLIGHT!)

I had to book a Frontier flight for a conference in October but still haven't quite hit the $500 spend limit anyway - so it will be probably 45 days minimum before I would see a credit for the miles anyway. (At least I will get 2x miles/$ for that purchase in the meantime - and Frontier was actually by far the cheapest from Madison over AA & Delta for my timeframe).

Just looking for any input on how to solve what appears to be and upcoming 10,000 mile problem.

Thanks!
