I merely queried TG offices in the UK and Sweden whether they issue RTW tickets. Stockholm office told me bluntly that since they have only 8 staff members there then they cannot handle it. London office advised that they can only help me with RTW tix that originate from LHR. I did not mention to him where I want to start my trip from.
