It is funny, but there are two options to toggle when looking for a flight:

"Lowest price"

and

"Flexible conditions"

Same flight, and seemingly the same conditions would cost me $1,700 (granted for 6 tickets) if I select "flexible conditions" but the conditions listed are exactly the same. I figured I must be missing something...
