This promo with Budget totally ROCKS! Since I started taking advantage of it beginning mid April of this year, I have received over 140,000 HHonors pts associated with this promo. Also, Budget is running additional promo that gives $25 budget certs for every 2 rental. So far, I have received 15 of those certs and used them without any issues.
