i would not expect to be addressed by name but i have had several CE flights now and i have never heard anyone been addressed by name in CE the last flight i had to barcelona the gentlemen in row 1 was a Gold even though he seemed to be paid lots of attention i never heard once him been addressed by name. That is a big surprise Paddy?! I normally get addressed by name when boarding- even when I was a lowly blue in WT+! The BA staff I have seen recently have been exceptional. I even got addressed by name on entering the lounge at T5 and yesterday at LGW, check in staff have been great etc etc. Well done BA. ^
Doubt my tan is much of a winner anymore- the weather in Italy was rubbish and it hasn't been brilliant in Jersey either!
