The programs are changing again in 2004 and UA finally makes the switch to first and business bonuses counting as status miles.

There are rumblings that AC will improve the rewards for AC Elites (35K status miles).

We will hold our breaths in anticipation.

I always expect the worst (but sometimes I have been fooled--it was worse than I thought! )
