I am not as much fascinated by what Delta did (i fully expect smth of that nature from them on any given day) but rather by attempts by many posters to reason with DL.
Come on, how many time do they have to slap you in the face before you stop sending your money to those crooks? "Provide feedback", "start a conversation" ?
