Prices will not come down unless the market dictates it. I'm not even sure that the lower oil prices will encourage price drops. The airlines are in it for what they can get. They are also sheep, if one airline decides to drop prices they all will, if no one makes a move they will keep fares where they are and just eat the profits just as they did during the FAA ordeal.
