I got one of the customer appreciation offers for a disaster on Sunday night. The offer was $250 US-only, 20%, or 10k points. I'm trying to figure out if I can use the 20% on an itinerary with two people on it or not. It looks like it can only be used on one flight, but can't tell if that will prohibit me from having both of us on the same record locator for things like UDU.
