Just a quick correction, Turkey is NOT a Muslim country. There is of course a large number of people with Islamic faith but there is no official state religion like in some Arab countries.

Turkey brew beer (Efes amongst others) and spirits, bacon and sausages are readily available at breakfast at the 2 Hiltons and the Conrad (have not sampled the DT yet).
