I assumed I was in the wrong, but seems it may have been a Corp rate. So both people were kind of right? So should I just assume I have to go through my agent in the future? Prob is, it makes it hard to run up to an earlier flight if LH agent can't or won't do anything...my favorite is, often I run up to the gate asking if I can get on and saying I have a flex and their initial reaction is always-- this is not possible. You will incur fees! Before they even take time to look, then they are confused and reluctantly let me on...
