I was confirmed in C BKK-NRT-ORT using 2 SWU, they rebooked me in C without question.
Good for you. So you were re-booked in C on TG from BKK to DXB? Did that require a lot of arm twisting? I had asked to be re-booked on SQ2 into SFO but the gate agent refused because there was only C availability and I was only booked on a Q class economy ticket.
And did you ever see any of the pilots come off the aircraft after it was officially canceled, whenever that was?
