...almost resulted in Misconnect Sunday evening (August 7) in ATL.

Upstairs (concourse) screens listed departure gate for DL 5611 as D-38
Gate listed on downstairs (walkway connector) information screens (in both C and D terminals) as C-34 concourse.

Arrived at C-34 gate only to be told that the flight was indeed boarding from D Concourse.
Snapped picture downstairs on D while on way upstairs from connector to departure level, to document misinformation still posted within 20 minutes of scheduled departure.
Somehow, downstairs screens (in both C&D Concourses) continued to display incorrect C departure gate.
Flight had not been gate changed at any point.

Can anyone please suggest best approach for bringing this issue to Delta's attention in a manner that causes the issue to be addressed, rather than simply generating a dispassionate "we're sorry" response?
