Yes - I turned around in Colombo a couple of weeks ago. I took the SQ flight from SIN that has a 1:20 turnaround. (The TG flight from BKK has a similar turnaround at about the same time at night.)
Once the flight lands and the bus ferries you from the plane to the terminal, take the stairs to the right of Immigration. That will lead you up to the departure area.
If you already have your ticket but need an onward boarding pass, turn left at the top of the stairs, walk for about 100 feet and on your right, before your reach the Anthirium Lounge, is the Transit desk. They can issue your boarding pass on the spot.
I was already in possession of my onward tickets. Other FTers have originated a new trip from CMB and needed to collect the ticket from the SQ agent in CMB. If this applies to you also, send me a private e-mail.
Which airline are you flying?

Latitudes.
For my part, I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel’s sake. The great affair is to move; to feel the needs and hitches of our life more nearly; to come down off this feather-bed of civilisation, and find the globe granite underfoot and strewn with cutting flints.
Robert Louis Stevenson (1850–1894)
