I have not seen prices below $100 at this property since renovations were completed in Spring '10. $116/night is a decent rate for this property if you want a Hyatt stay. Surrounding hotels can usually be had for even cheaper, however. Still, AAA rates are cancellable, so there's no reason not to book and hope it goes down. If you get lucky and it does you can simply re-book. :-)
