Had a well known celeb drop 2 iPhones down the gap! 7 hours of panic then followed, dread to think what was so important on those mobiles!!! Had to ask him to stop moving the seat up and down, after the fault light came on, as I was sure it was ground iPhone that was causing the problem.

Luckily engineering dismantled the arm rest and half the seat to retrieve them, intact I might add. Chatting to engineering they told me it is a bit of a nightmare as it is happening all the time. I wondered if they had been consulted in the design of the seat. You can imagine the reply!!! The jist of it was, no!
