I dont think complaining or posting about any of these is silly. Expecting alot of compensation or a free night due to it , is IMO. In my case with the robe, all too often I only find the hanger with the card explaining it can be purchased by calling ext xxx, and that if taken your CC will be charged. And yes once my CC was charged even thou there wasnt even the hanger in the room yet alone the robe. So now when staying at a Westin if theres no robe in the room I call up least I have to go thru the hassle of getting it refunded, but I did want 1 the last time. Did I expect compensation yes a robe brought to my room and it was and that was that
