Been traveling to Orange County a lot for 5+ years. SNA was great in the 757 days but not so hot since they put 737's on the route BUT you can get them if you avoid Mondays and Fridays (either way) and Thursdays (east bound). I think i always get upgraded on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
ONT is great by the way... i always get the upgrade that way and its only about a 45 minute drive in.
Stay away from LAX - besides the fact that its about the worse airport in the country, its medallion way heavy!
