The cabs in Santorini don't much do meters - pretty much negotiable. Cab from the port up to the hotel is roughly 25 euros and from the airport 10-15. There's also a bus for a few euros that takes you to a central point and cab from there is about 5-8 euros.
Not sure what they mean by "limo" ...I don't think it's what you and I might think of as a limo.

And their transfers are likely in vans.
You might look into a car rental too ...at least for a day or two ...have them meet you with it at the airport, for instance, and then be on your way and then you'll have it for visiting wineries for a day or however long you like until they pick it back up. Car rental booked there was about 25 euros a day, all inclusive.
