Thinking about photographing the TSA, getting on mass transit, transferring to an airport shuttle, and entering the terminal are all much more time consuming steps than taking 15 seconds to connect to a wifi network. If someone is motivated to take the other steps involved in documenting the TSA I fail to see having to connect to wifi as being a deterring factor.
