Thanks for bumping this thread - I had totally forgotten about it. This happened last year around Christmas time, and he currently works in JP Morgan; not sure if they have a special relationship with CX or anything. But 3 months is the most I've ever seen or heard of.
I got a friend who also got his membership extended for 3 months..so I think thats the case for most members who showed they had or would fly the miles needed
