I got there over 2 hours ahead today and it was too early. I did manage to catch the second checkpoint open, which doesn't have a body scanner. I was the next to last person before they closed it down.

Apparently so! I arrived right after the second checkpoint closed. (They were making announcements). Note - the inbound arrived about 30 minutes early, and boarding commenced at about T-50, which is the earliest I've ever seen. The line wasn't too long but was moving incredibly slow for awhile - there was a WTMD on the left and a nudeoscope on the right. They finally opened another WTMD on the left.
