Not only you can go into their admirals club but as a BA sapphire they should give you a complimentary drink and complimentary wifi (that's what they told me, gave me, last time I was in an admirals club) while AA sapphire owners have to pay for both.
Yes, that's what I got too but that was travelling on a BA codeshare (or doesn't that matter ?)
Would be a good idea just in case to print out the baggage info as potakas provided (print it from the AA website so it looks a bit more official)
