I would do BA. I got stuck on a couple VS planes with the old IFE and it's a nightmare! I prefer the BA seats (especially if your taller) and the service is a little more formal imo.

However, if your not travelling alone and it's a day time flight go VS because of the bar onboard you'll have a blast!

You can't go wrong with either, however my preference would be BA.
