Much of what you have said rings true with my experience of MF. I'm personally not convinced. I love the idea, and as a relatively young person (30's) myself I don't believe that being young means you can't excel in your job but I did come away from my MF flights feeling that there was something missing, and I was flying in Club. In First I feel there is no room for error, service should be flawless and discreet.
