Can I register one credit card for multiple dining programs?
Am I able to register my Chase SW card for the Rapid Rewards Dining and the AA Dining and double dip?

Also, the opposite. Can I put multiple credit cards in one Dining program? i.e. my Chase card and my friend's Citi card and my brother's Amex card under the same AA Dining program and same AA # ?
