So flying LHR-FRA this week. Employer always buys me Econ refundable for short flights. I was booked in H Class. Tried to get on an earlier flight but told H is not a flex fare? Is this true? I called our travel agent who confirmed it is flexible? I had the LH agent ask her peers. And she called her ticketing desk. They all said no changes. So who was right here? And assuming H is flex, how do I try to let these stubborn agents see the light? So we paid twice as much than the lowest Econ fare yet they wouldn't honor changes?
