You'll do just one service - Connection Assistance. They should meet you at your arriving flight, accompany you with your luggage retrieval, customs, then get you in to an Admirals Club. Then they'll escort you from the AC to your next flight on AA. I've done this on AA to AA, as well as BA to AA flights in MIA and JFK.
