Only if they can find the 50K offer in the branch's system. If she can see the same 50K offer, yes, by all means let her earn the referral bonus.
Very often the online offers are far better than what the branch can see from its system.
At the bottom of the online app page, there's a box that says
If you received a brochure about Chase credit cards from a Chase Relationship Banker, please help us recognize them by providing the following optional information:
Bank No. ____ Banking Center No. ______ Employee Number ______
Does filling that in earn the same bonus for a bricks-and-mortar location employee?
