Also in South Florida, there is a Hofbrauhaus on Lincoln Rd Mall in South Beach. The food is so-so and I'm not really that crazy about HB's beer, but they have a nice selection of HB beer on tap and it's a fun place to hang out, drink German beer out of huge litre mugs and people watch.

Ditto for the Hofbrauhaus in Cincinnati. I usually make a visit a couple weeks before heading to MUC for Oktoberfest...just to get in the spirit.
Though HB is not my favorite beer, the stuff served in Cincy was a spot on match for HB that you get in Munich. The food was pretty bad though.
If only we could get some wood-barrel Augustiner over here....and a good pretzel to go with it.
