Here's a better idea, how about real prices for things in the minibar similar to what we would pay at the corner store? No more $12 bottles of water, and the $9 candy bar. Now THAT would drive an increase in sales!
This ^^^ If a hotel stopped trying to empty my wallet with their ridiculous mini-bar prices I would be much more likely to return.
