This is good feedback. It sounds like it would be better to expand my horizons perhaps? The IC in TST is hard to beat in terms of location - and especially if the crowd is going to be the same as at the W - that may be the best bet for the price. I haven't been focusing on the island side as much since rates generally increase rapidly.
