While I dare not get my hopes up until the phone is in hand, it appears that Jet Airways is actually sending the phone to HKG via BOM on connecting flights.
I've been cc'd on two e-mails indicating who has the phone on which flights.
Assuming this is true, I will be visiting HKG today to retrieve my beloved mobile. Perhaps I should stand by arrivals with a nicely hand-lettered sign gazing hopefully at all of the mobiles coming through, just so my mobile knows how much it is appreciated?
Do you think I dare ask Jet Airways for FF credit for the mobile?

Too late to ask for the upgrade, since the flight's landing in a bit.
