That could actually be very significant... as most "gun parts" are parts rather than guns..

If there was no receiver/action then under US law there was no "gun"... which would make the article about as exciting as saying that "car parts" were found...

Aside from guns & ammo being legal to take into the non-secure part of an airport I'd like to knw what they call "gun parts"?
IF its comparable to a sparkplug being called a car part it seems a nonstory!
