Open jaws are one of the few things that DL.dumb is actually capable of doing properly.

KUL-SYD-KUL using DL miles will cost 80K r/t in Y and 120K r/t in J. For 150K in J you can do LHR-SYD-LHR, so that seems like an awful redemption rate. Also, DL will collect MH's YQ to the tune of a couple hundred dollars on that route.
