One more tricky RTW question
On *RTWs surface segments counts towards total mielage, but do they count towards total segment count?

I'm hitting the roof and I'm one segment short of getting it "my" way, and I'm wondering about inserting a surface-segment instead of a flight (one fly SNA-LAX and more or less walk back to SNA )
