Does an Award Ticket count toward "Million Miler"
Does an award ticket count toward the "Million Miler" status? How about if you book with Pay with Miles?

Also, when I was looking at a Pay with Miles option on a flight to LAX, it showed the number of miles and the MQMs that would be earned--I thought that using the Pay with Miles option meant that 0 miles and MQMs would be earned on the flight?
