Thanks for the answers, Rudi, but I'm afraid it won't work. My intention was to start the RTW in Cairo and end it in TLV, with a last surface segment TLV-CAI. I guess doesn't work. Which means I'll have to add TLV-VIE-CAI and throw then away; that's about 3000 miles.
