The Delta site just shows "767" but is no more specific. The seat maps show that these aircraft have Economy Comfort, so they have been upgraded but will that include AVOD? SeatGuru shows Economy Comfort having personal video and Economy having no video, which I can't imagine is correct.
No seat back screens on those birds. As mtkeller said; they are starting to refurb them now but (1 or 2 may have returned to service) but chances are you will get the old version.
