We can laugh about fast food joints, but they have more consistency and better accountability than TSA.
As an organization, all of the larger chains are run better than TSA.
They work harder (so does most of the population) because most of us don't get hours of 'training' and 're-training'
every single week. (Note: It has been suggested that some of the problems at EWR would be fixed if they increase mandatory training (and re-training) to
8 hours a week. Every week. Sitting watching little videos, snacking and chatting with each other and texting friends while the lines back up.
Does anyone really believe that a pizza delivery driver or the order taker at McDonald's are given unlimited re-training (on company time) every time they screw up?
