Nice matrix. I'm not considering RG as I've flown their F before (on a shorter LHR-CPH hop) and was not impressed with the seat comfort.

I've flown RG on CPH-LHR too, in C to do the Star 55555 promo last year. That was after I flew F in RG from GRU to JFK, a long-haul route. And I can tell you there is a huge difference between long-haul and the short-hop. Meal service presentation is fabulous in RG F, one of the best and elaborate in the world in my opinino. But seats and equipment are pretty bad and service is only so, so, not very efficient although careful and friendly. I have written a trip report on it, if you search under Archives for the Trip Report section using my name, you should see it. I really could go either way with with UA F or RG F. I figured out that due to the massive cuts on UA, RG will be superior now. Otherwise, UA probably have a better product overall.
