I have flown all these carriers so here is my rough guide:
SQ F > NH F [assumed old config.] > RG F > UA F > NH C > SQ C > TG F > UA C > RG C > TG C
If NH F is the new F which I doubt, then I will favor NH over SQ based on the newer equipment [e.g. bigger screen, enhanced food and definitely superior service]</font>
Nice matrix. I'm not considering RG as I've flown their F before (on a shorter LHR-CPH hop) and was not impressed with the seat comfort.
