I really like CX and HKG is a more convenient transfer point for me than SIN, so I checked out the OW RTW fares. I also found them lacking compared to the *A RTW fares. That and the fact that VNO is served by LH, LO, OS, and SK on the *A side but only by FY on the OW side (since BA pulled out) and I'm staying with *A for now.
