This is a picture I've made not so long ago, next to the Westin Dhaka (seen on the picture). This is the same plot where previously the Westin II or Westin Annex was announced. It is unclear whether this would replace or complement Westin II.

The two logos below are Borak Real Estate and Unique Hotels and Resorts Ltd. This latter group is the owner of Westin Dhaka, and is also constructing Le Méridien Dhaka in the nearby Banani area.

Looking forward to seeing what comes out of this, which seems to be a strong bet on the prospects of the Bangladeshi tourism industry.
