What's the impact on missing a leg of my journey

I have a return ticket, PRG-MAN with stop overs both ways in London.

I flew in this morning with a truely wonderful crew who couldn't have done more for us. Much appreciated, especially as it was Master CC first CE flight.

So I'm now in Central London and due to fly LHR-MAN on Sunday afternoon with my final destination of Leeds. However looking at rail timetable I could do Kings Cross to Leeds direct by train in 2:30hrs vs 4:30hrs via Heathrow when you take into consideration travel airport, check-in, flight, transfer from MAN to Leeds

What would be the impact on the remaining portions of my ticket, the return portions, if I didn't do this middle leg of the journey?
