Stayed at this hotel in late July, it was my 4th stay, 3rd as a platinum. Booked standard room and was given lounge access and room on the club floor. To my disappointment, there was no fruit in the room until the second night; no dessert/welcome gift as I had received the last 2 stays; no turn-down service one of the nights; and stingy water bottle re-fills in the room. All-in-all, not a big deal, just hope this was an isolated experience.

Sure love the fresh lotus flowers though. They're in the rooms, the lounge, and in the lobby. Fresh, local flowers are a very nice touch.
