1 D or E, they have the most space, and no need to climb over, or anyone climbing over. Only downside is the narrow overhead bins for the middle section, a bit wide trolley may not fit. 7 D or E are the same, and some prefer the smaller cabin. I prefer the front as they are quieter, further from the engines.
