I am, same problem. I've been using the OneWorld method, as I understand that there are seats which CX makes available only to its own members. In the past, the OW method has been 100% on. I'm looking for September 25, 1 F seat on 830, HKG-JFK. It's been showing available in KVS with OW method for over a week; but AA says it's not there.
We will soon be introducing an additional (4th) engine for
CX Award Availability to address this issue.
