I notice that I can't change a held reservation. If I have a reservation on hold, and something pops up that is a little better for us (same destination but different day), can I hold it on line and then call to cancel the first one? Or is AA going to either prevent the booking or boot it out shortly thereafter (perhaps while I'm waiting to talk to someone)?
